Born from a vision to support business owners to overcome challenges and to grow, prosper and nurture valuable connections, 2015 marked the beginning of things to come for District32.
Co-Founders of District32, Lorraine Garvie, CEO, and Dean Keating, Director of Sales, believed that there was a better way to do business. And doing better business is exactly what they did. The two leveraged their extensive backgrounds to bring District32 into the very DNA of WA business.
Lorraine’s extensive portfolio covers marketing, strategy, IT and business coaching. Enormously successful in her own right, she has helped businesses (from sole traders to corporate) to achieve growth and reach new levels in their business.
Dean’s business development expertise has seen him accumulate sales exceeding $2 billion.
Combining their knowledge and skills was the springboard to launching a Business Cooperative designed to provide leverage to business owners and to create exposure and opportunity.

Lorraine is currently the CEO and Director of District32. With a career spanning over 20 years, Lorraine has worked in various corporate, management and business development roles, including; CEO, I.T. Manager, Business Development / Business Relations Manager and Project Manager.
In the 5 years prior to District32, Lorraine owned and operated a successful business advisory firm specialising in strategic marketing and positioning.
Dean is the Director of Sales in District32. Excelling in the corporate world of financial services, waste management and telecommunications, Dean was previously responsible for building successful sales teams and personally achieved $2 billion in sales.
He has utilised this experience to help businesses grow their turnover and his expertise in developing sales strategies has yielded outstanding results for clients.
